Reiki Sunday
As my way of giving back to you, I want to share the experience of energy healing with you through Reiki Sundays.
Reiki is the Japanese term for “life force energy” and it is just one term used to describe energy healing. Energy healing has held a prominent place in my life for quite some time, several years actually. Despite being somewhat grounded in psychology, energy healing touches my soul and my spiritual side in a way that therapy just can’t quite reach.
Reiki can help you get in touch with your intuition, your sense of connection to the Universe, feeling grounded or relaxed, or feeling spiritually alive.
On the first Sunday of every month at 9pm CST I will send Reiki healing to all those request it. Long distance Reiki energy healing works just like in-person energy healing, except without touch. It works over any length of distance.
You can set an intention for the month ahead: do you need to feel more grounded, confident, spiritually connected, or more in touch with your intuition? Or maybe you would like to feel more calm and peaceful. Notice what is tugging at you right now. What have you been struggling with for the past few days or weeks, or even months? Maybe make the intention to receive support and guidance with that situation.
If you’d like to participate in Reiki Sunday, please send an e-mail to thebuddinglotus@gmail.com with your first name and your intention (i.e. what you’d like to receive Reiki for) and I will send you Reiki healing energy during the next Sunday session. If you would like to have Reiki healing sent to a friend or family member, please be sure to get their permission first and then include his/her first name in the e-mail and his/her intention for healing.
Although some people find it beneficial to spend time in meditation or relaxation to enhance their experience, it is not necessary, you don’t have to do anything. Just know that I will be sending you Reiki healing energy. If you are willing and able to receive the Reiki healing energy, then it’ll be so. If you are not, it will go back to the Universe where it came from.
